Pro Lounge
is a dedicated networking and sales space at the Jewellery Finland Summit designed for professionals, partners, and industry leaders. It provides an inspiring environment for meaningful conversations and building valuable connections. The area combines a calm yet vibrant atmosphere that not only supports boosting sales, collaboration, and relationship building, but also offers direct opportunities to showcase and sell your products and services to a highly targeted professional audience.
The Pro Lounge is an integral part of the Jewellery Finland Summit. The day’s programme is designed to give visitors ample time to explore the exhibitors, discover new products, and engage in meaningful conversations.
Conveniently located adjacent to the conference programme area, the Pro Lounge is easily accessible throughout the day, allowing attendees to move seamlessly between training sessions and the exhibition area.
Admission to both the conference programme and the Pro Lounge is free of charge for all visitors.

All prices include the spot for the stand, table(s) and electricity available. The size of the tables is 45 cm x 140 cm (size will be confirmed later). We invite you to build a lightweight stand (using the tables and adding roll-ups e.g.) instead of a large installation for easier set-up.

jewellery finland gala – a night to remember
The marvellous day will end with Jewellery Finland gala, a glamourous black tie event and awards ceremony. The gala will feature a delicious dinner and live music. The program also allows room for networking and meeting colleagues. The highlight of the evening are annual awards, including the Jewellery of the Year.
The gala is organized in the same premises as Jewellery Finland Summit and Pro lounge, in Scandic Rosendahl.
location and how to get there?
The event is organized in hotel Scandic Rosendahl in Tampere. The city of Tampere is located less than 2 hours from Helsinki by train or car (180 kilometres).
Helsinki has several flight connections from all over Europe. You can also arrive by plane directly to Tampere. AirBaltic operates flights from several locations to Tampere and Finnar will start operating in October 2026. Tampere-Pirkkala Airport is located 20-30 minutes (17 kilometres) from the city centre. It’s easy to reach by public transport (bus 103).
There are also several ferry connections from Stockholm and Tallinn.
Tampere is easily accessible by train from all over Finland (1,5 h from Helsinki). You can catch the train from Helsinki airport to Tampere via Tikkurila station.
Scandic Rosendal is easily accessible from the Tampere city center by car (10 minutes) or by bus (20 minutes).
Outside parking in Scadic Rosendahl is 8€ / 24h.

Accommodation
Guests can choose their preferred room type and receive an additional discount by paying for their reservation at the time of booking. The cancellation policy for individual reservations depends on the rate or booking type selected by the guest. To confirm the reservation, guests must provide the hotel with valid credit card details. Rooms are available subject to the hotel’s availability and can be booked up to 10 days prior to arrival.
